Penelope Loehrig

Summary

As Office Manager in Onsagers’ Hamburg Office, Penelope is responsible for liaison and communication with HQ in Oslo. This involves heading administration for the office as well as development of the Hamburg Project through recruiting. She works in close cooperation with the Onsagers’ Operations Team of HR and Marketing.

Penelope has extensive experience working in international Intellectual Property as Office Manager and Assistant to the Management. After studies in London, Penny entered the finance sector of international tax and auditing, taking up a position in Munich as translator of English, German and French. She then changed her linguistic focus to the judicial system, assisting attorneys-at-law, before moving to the scientific fields of Intellectual Property in 2003. Here she was able to put her all-round organisational talents to use in the establishment, development and management of the Engineering Department. In 2016 Penny joined colleagues in management to embark on a new venture, assisting in the foundation of a global patent firm bringing together German and American IP specialists. She has been with Onsagers since 2023 and looks forward to supporting the growth of the company by assisting in operations and ensuring the daily communication link between Norway and Germany.
